Job summary

RSG Group in Houston, TX seeks a Front Desk Team Member to warmly greet members, guests and staff, manage check-ins, and support gym operations. You will assist with member inquiries, registrations, and directing guests to trainers, while maintaining a professional front desk presence.

You will also participate in membership sign-ups, process retail sales, answer calls, log maintenance, and attend staff meetings as directed by the Gym General Manager.

Qualifications

• Front desk team member provides welcoming guest experience.
• Handles member inquiries and basic gym operation questions.
• Performs administrative tasks under supervision of the Gym General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members and guests to create a welcoming entrance.
• Check members into the gym using proper procedures.
• Register all guests and direct them to appropriate trainers.
• Answer calls professionally and relay messages to management.
• Assist with membership sales and sign-ups at kiosk or computer.
• Maintain front desk area, logs, and safety reporting.
• Process retail sales and keep inventory stocked.
• Attend staff meetings and follow company policies.
