Job summary

RSG Group seeks a Front Desk Team Member to warmly greet members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym and perform front-desk duties. You will assist with member requests, inquiries about gym operations and policies, and various administrative tasks under guidance from management.

The role is the first point of contact and requires creating a welcoming atmosphere and memorable guest experience while supporting daily operations and safety at the front desk.

Qualifications

• Customer service-orientated approach is preferred.
• Ability to greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
• Experience handling front desk duties and check-in procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly to create a welcoming entrance.
• Control front door security and monitor the lobby and retail areas.
• Check members in using proper procedures and assist with guest registrations.
• Direct inquiries to the appropriate staff and handle phone inquiries professionally.
• Assist with membership sales and sign-ups at kiosks or computer terminals.
• Distribute towels, keys, and other materials as needed.
• Maintain front desk appearance and log maintenance or safety concerns.
• Attend staff meetings and perform light cleaning and other duties as assigned.
