Job summary

RSG Group is seeking a Front Desk Team Member to warmly greet members and guests, direct inquiries, and manage check-in procedures at the gym’s front desk. You will support member requests, assist with membership sales, and coordinate class sign-ins through the app.

As the initial contact, you will maintain a welcoming atmosphere, handle phone inquiries, and help ensure efficient front-desk operations in a busy club environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly to create a friendly entrance and departure.
• Control front door security and retail area access for the facility.
• Check members into the gym using proper procedures; monitor check-ins.
• Assist with member requests and inquiries about gym operations and policies.
• Direct guests to the appropriate personal trainer or staff member as needed.
• Handle phone inquiries professionally and relay messages to management.
• Provide a clean, well-maintained front desk area and wear proper uniform with nametag.
• Assist with membership sales and enrollment (kiosk or computer).
• Assign new members barcodes, capture photos, and schedule complimentary sessions.
• Process account changes and assist with retail/concession orders and registrations.
• Register classes for members via the app and attend staff meetings as directed.
