Job summary

Planet Fitness is looking for a Front Desk Associate to greet members and guests, manage check-ins, and support daily club operations in a welcoming environment.

You will assist with membership questions, process renewals, and promote services such as personal training, while maintaining a clean, friendly front desk area. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced gym setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering courteous, professional service.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests at front desk in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with membership inquiries, options, policies and services.
• Handle check-ins, billing, renewals, and front desk transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and surrounding areas.
• Promote memberships, personal training, and other services.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a safe, welcoming club environment.
