Gold’s Gym is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly greet members and guests, provide information about gym operations, and support staff with daily administrative tasks. This role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and teamwork to uphold the club’s standards.

The Front Desk Associate will also explain gym policies, perform basic cash-handling duties, and maintain an organized, welcoming front area. CPR certification is required to ensure readiness in emergencies.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and members.
• Ability to understand and explain gym policies and basic accounting/cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the gym.
• Assist members and address inquiries about gym operations and policies.
• Perform various administrative duties and maintain the gym's appearance; multitask with team members.
