Job summary

RSG Group’s GOLD'S GYM Westlake location in Westlake Hills, Austin, Texas is seeking a Front Desk Team Member. You will warmly greet members and guests, direct them on entry, and manage front door security and member check-ins to ensure a smooth experience.

As the first point of contact, you will handle inquiries, assist with memberships and sign-ups, and support gym operations under the Gym General Manager, while keeping the front desk neat and professional at all times.

Qualifications

• Greet members and guests warmly to create a friendly entrance and departure experience.
• Check-in members and register guests using proper procedures.
• Assist with membership sales, sign-ups, and basic front-desk tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym.
• Control front door security and retail area.
• Process front-desk check-ins and handle member account changes.
• Assist with class registrations and member communications.
• Maintain a neat, professional front desk area and attend staff meetings.
