RSG Group is hiring a Front Desk Team Member for the Gold's Gym Austin South location. You will warmly greet members, check them in, and direct guests and staff as they enter the gym.

As the first point of contact, you will handle inquiries about gym operations and policies, assist with membership sales, and support administrative tasks while maintaining a polished, professional appearance. Training provided, friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Greet members and guests promptly to create a friendly entrance.
• Assist with inquiries about gym operations and policies.
• Handle member registrations, check-ins and sign-ups.
• Direct guests to personal trainers and staff as needed.
• Maintain a neat front desk appearance and wear uniform attire.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greet each member and guest to create a welcoming entry and exit.
• Provide security and control at the front door and retail area.
• Check-in members using proper procedures.
• Register guests into the gym and direct to staff as needed.
• Answer phone inquiries professionally and relay messages to management.
• Assist with membership sales at kiosk or computer and sign-up new members.
• Maintain front desk area, inventory, and orderly workspace.
• Attend staff meetings and report safety concerns.
