Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee daily gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. The role reports to the District Manager and is a full-time supervisory position.

You will lead front desk activities, coach staff, and maintain a welcoming club environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of managerial experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to open/close the club while maintaining policy

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Honesty and good work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service and ensure a great customer experience.
• Manage front desk tasks: greet members, provide tours, handle inquiries.
• Support staff and club members as needed.
• Maintain a positive club image and assist with onboarding.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure opening/closing of the gym and adherence to hours.
• Track inventory and order supplies.
