Planet Fitness PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience while driving a financially successful club.

The role involves recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising team members, managing front desk activities, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. You will lead with integrity, coach performance, and ensure promotions are executed across shifts.

Competenze

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Mansioni

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Manage front desk tasks such as greetings, tours and inquiries.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure timely opening and closing of the gym.
• Ensure staff are trained on current promotions.
• Complete onboarding steps in Paycom for new hires.
• Keep club open and staffed during all hours.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
