Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and ensure an outstanding member experience while driving financial success. You will recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, greet members, conduct gym tours, and manage member service issues.

In this role you will coach team members, ensure opening/closing duties, stay aligned with marketing promotions, and maintain inventory.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experience and financial performance.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Greet members, conduct tours, resolve member service issues and questions.
• Ensure opening/closing and staffing coverage during all hours of business.
• Coach and counsel staff to meet company standards and policies.
• Order supplies and manage inventory.
