Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness seeks a Club Manager to oversee gym operations, ensuring a positive member experience and a financially successful club. This full-time supervisory role reports to the District Manager and emphasizes staff leadership, onboarding, scheduling, and adherence to policies.

The position requires strong customer service, communication and organizational skills, with responsibilities spanning front desk duties, member relations, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring great customer service.
• Front desk duties: greeting, tours, member questions.
• Support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to standards.
• Ensure opening/closing of gym.
• Train staff on marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding for new hires in Paycom.
• Staffing the club during all business hours.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
