Planet Fitness in Florida seeks a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and deliver a premium 'Judgement Free' member experience while achieving financial performance. You will lead a team of employees, coach training, and drive development.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, front desk supervision, payroll administration, member tours, safety and maintenance, and managing promotions and budgets to support growth.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills in fitness industry.
• CPR certification required, within 30 days of start date.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience as an Assistant Manager at Planet Fitness preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and develop a high performing staff.
• Create welcoming atmosphere and uphold customer service standards.
• Schedule staff; lead by example and coach direct reports.
• Oversee front desk activities and member check-ins.
• Ensure safety and maintenance of facility; manage cleaning duties.
• Lead marketing promotions and manage expenditures.
• Process payroll and HR forms; collaborate with Corporate Payroll.
• Track weekly, monthly and annual statistics and reports.
• Provide backup support for staff absences.
