Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and ensure an exceptional Judgement Free member experience while driving the club’s financial success. You will lead a team, recruit and train staff, manage payroll, and ensure safety and smooth daily operations.

The role requires a strong focus on sales, customer service, and staff development, with full-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business needs.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others.
• Commitment to excellent service.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Current CPR Certification preferred.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead gym operations to ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff.
• Manage payroll processing and weekly/bi-weekly HR forms.
• Oversee opening/closing and maintenance of the club.
• Address member questions and tour prospective members.
• Drive sales and marketing promotions.
• Ensure safety of employees, members and club property.
• Monitor and report on club statistics.
