Planet Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee daily gym operations and deliver a first‑class, Judgment Free member experience while driving profitability. You will lead a team, recruit and train staff, and ensure peak member satisfaction through strong service standards and operational discipline.

The role requires coordinating sales efforts, managing payroll and HR forms, and maintaining a safe, clean facility. A proven leadership background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff.
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
• Schedule staff and ensure all shifts are covered.
• Oversee cleanliness, safety and facility maintenance.
• Manage marketing efforts and promotions.
• Prepare HR forms and payroll processing.
