Qualifications

• Honesty and reliability are essential for trusted club leadership.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience is required.
• Strong customer service skills are necessary to deliver a positive member experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership abilities are expected.
• Basic computer proficiency for scheduling, onboarding and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member services to ensure top-tier customer experience.
• Lead front desk activities including welcoming members, tours and service queries.
• Support both staff and club members to maintain smooth operations.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club and brand compliance.
• Coach and counsel staff to meet company standards and performance goals.
• Ensure timely opening/closing of the gym and adherence to marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding processes in Paycom for new hires and maintain staffing coverage.
• Ensure the club is open and staffed during all business hours.
• Order supplies and track inventory to support operations.
