Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, scheduling shifts, and maintaining safety, cleanliness, and equipment. The role emphasizes strong customer service, communication, and adherence to PF values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work a full time schedule.
• Passion for helping others and delivering excellent service.
• Previous management experience is preferred; strong leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gym operations to ensure a welcoming, safe, and efficient member experience.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff across roles.
• Drive sales goals and forecast performance; manage marketing promotions.
• Open/close the club, handle payroll processing and daily banking.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Provide coaching and accountability to direct reports and ensure PF values.
