Planet Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and deliver a top-notch Judgement Free Zone experience. You will lead a diverse team, drive sales, and ensure impeccable customer service while managing payroll and daily operations.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for helping others, with full-time scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others.
• Commitment to excellent service.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Current CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, contribute to club monthly and yearly goals.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff.
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.
• Staff management: schedule, coach, train, and ensure payroll processes.
• Handle front desk duties: greet members, sign-ups, and tours.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of facility and safety of staff.
• Manage marketing efforts and promotions awareness.
• Authorize expenditures and refunds; make daily deposits.
• Prepare HR forms and coordinate with Corporate Payroll.
• Track statistics and reports weekly, monthly, and yearly.
