Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality, parking and luggage assistance, and safe vehicle handling. You will greet guests, open doors, and help with directions and local information.

You must maintain ticketing records, collect payments, explain rates, and ensure accurate guest folios. A friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to work morning or mid-shift are essential.

This is an on-site role requiring outdoor work.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a vehicle safely.

Responsibilities

• Parks and retrieves vehicles in a prompt, safe manner and assists guests with luggage.
• Explains parking rates, collects payments, and maintains ticket information and folios.
• Provides directions and information about local facilities and attractions.
