Job summary

Towne is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality during guest arrivals and departures. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions, reservations, and inquiries while maintaining a friendly, efficient demeanor.

Responsibilities include explaining parking rates, managing ticketing and keys, and supporting guests with additional requests as needed. Strong English communication and basic math are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and employees.
• Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
• Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems.
• Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.
• Perform parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assist with luggage handling.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries, and share information about local attractions and amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures and manage key tags and claims accurately.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and follow established procedures to ensure a smooth guest experience.
