Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver welcoming hospitality and efficient vehicle handling at our location. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and inquiries to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

The role requires a friendly, attentive demeanor, solid English communication, and the ability to follow established procedures for ticketing, safety, and cashier tasks. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet guests and manage inquiries professionally.
