Concord Hospitality Brand is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor to lead a high-performing team and drive service excellence across the lobby. You will oversee operations, train staff, and handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest requests to create memorable stays.

You will monitor room availability, support revenue controls, resolve guest concerns, and ensure a clean, welcoming front desk. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required as part of a full-time role with

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to manage financial transactions.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and ensure guest service excellence.
• Train, support, and schedule team members.
• Manage check-in/out, reservations, room blocks, and guest requests.
• Monitor room availability and support revenue and inventory controls.
• Handle guest communications, concerns, and service recovery.
• Process payments, balance cash, and complete daily financial tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.
