Stonebridge Hospitality Management in Golden, Colorado seeks a Guest Services Supervisor to support the Guest Service Manager by overseeing Front Office staff, ensuring guests are serviced professionally.

Key duties include training, monitoring Guest Service Scores, coordinating with Engineering and Housekeeping, handling reservations and charges, and maintaining high standards of appearance and punctuality.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years related experience.
• Must read and write fluent English and have basic computer/POS skills.
• Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.

Mansioni

• Train and monitor front office staff with the Guest Services Manager.
• Monitor Guest Service Scores and improve satisfaction through coaching.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping on guest requests.
• Assist with reservations, check-ins/outs, and posting charges.
• Maintain appearance, punctuality, and dress code compliance.
