Job summary

The Navy Region Naval District Washington Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to manage daily front desk operations, reservations, and group bookings for Unaccompanied Housing. The role emphasizes guest privacy, security, and a welcoming, professional demeanor when assisting guests and addressing inquiries.

You will train and supervise Front Desk staff, participate in hiring, review occupancy and revenue reports, and draft procedures to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• One or more years of supervisory experience.
• Two or more years of hospitality experience specifically dealing with reservation systems and guest interactions.
• Experience with digital communication to address guest questions, concerns, issues, and interaction with diverse people.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations and reservations to maximize occupancy.
• Train, instruct, and supervise Front Desk staff.
• Participate in hiring and evaluate staff performance.
• Review Night Audit reports and analyze occupancy and revenue.
• Resolve administrative problems and draft procedures for management.
