Job summary

Qualifications

• KSAs include customer service knowledge and effective communication.
• Must be able to use a computer for basic data entry and office tasks.
• Clear written and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security and privacy of residents at all times.
• Provide front desk customer service and assist residents with inquiries and needs.
• Answer phones, transfer calls, and route questions to UH staff.
• Record check-in/out transactions in Enterprise Military Housing (eMH).
• Manage key cards inventory and assist with new resident orientation.
