Job summary

The Navy Region Naval District Washington Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) is seeking a front desk associate for Recreational Lodging. The role handles check-in/out, guest inquiries, and ensures security and privacy.

You will use the PMS to manage reservations, issue room keys, handle payments, and assist guests with local information. A welcoming demeanor and solid English communication are essential.

Shift work, including nights and weekends, may be required.

Qualifications

• Preferred 6 months of work experience in hospitality operations.
• Must be skilled in using a personal computer and various software programs.
• Must possess basic math and reading skills.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
• Use the PMS to manage reservations and guest information.
• Ensure guest security and privacy at all times.
• Answer guest questions and provide information on local attractions.
