Qualifications

• One-year practical work experience with direct customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations concepts and standards.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service through experience and training.
• Strong basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate daily lodging processes and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct inquiries to housing facilities and local resources.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain security and privacy of residents and information.
• Process check-in/check-out transactions and recordkeeping in the housing system.
• Assist with room assignments and inventory management for UH housing.
• Escalate issues to supervisor when needed.
