Job summary

Valor Hospitality seeks a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee front desk staff and ensure guests are serviced professionally. You will greet guests, handle inquiries and reservations, and coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping to fulfill requests.

Ideal candidates have 3–12 months in related roles, strong computer and cash-handling skills, and a friendly, outgoing demeanor suitable for a dynamic hospitality environment in Cincinnati.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–12 months experience in a related role or guest relations position.
• Excellent computer and cash handling skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time; sociable, outgoing demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guest Services Manager by overseeing front desk staff.
• Greet guests warmly and handle inquiries and requests.
• Manage bookings, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering as needed.
• Ensure security procedures and safety standards are followed.
