The Westin Cincinnati is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team, ensure guest warmth, and deliver unforgettable service at check-in and check-out. You’ll coordinate reservations, VIP requests, and guest satisfaction with a proactive, friendly approach.

As a supervisor, you’ll train associates, monitor daily operations, and uphold high standards of safety and quality while supporting revenue initiatives and guest value through thoughtful service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework helpful.
• 2–3 years of progressive hotel or related experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Certifications may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and manage smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Oversee logs, messages, and packages with accuracy.
• Monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to boost revenue.
