Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and handle payments. The role includes front desk paperwork, breakfast area setup, and maintaining a clean lobby in line with ESA standards.

This position emphasizes service culture, guest satisfaction, and safe, compliant operations at the Mount Laurel Township location. Weekly pay is offered along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and staff.
• Proficient operation of property management system technology and shift/audit responsibilities.
• Understand and comply with safety rules, procedures and manuals.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic arithmetic for transactions and balancing.
• Apply good judgment in handling guest issues and requests.
• Able to manage problems and resolve guest-related concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and assist guests over the phone and in person.
• Check guests in/out and process payments per company guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and lobby clean and organized.
• Assist with breakfast display setup and takedown.
• Record guest information and identify sales opportunities.
• Follow safety and security procedures and report issues promptly.
