Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, process check-ins/outs and handle payments at the Mount Pleasant property. The role emphasizes excellent guest service and accurate front desk operations in a busy hotel environment.

You will respond to guest requests, assist with reservations, and uphold ESA's service culture while maintaining organized front desk areas and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in and check-out.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Maintain front desk area and assist with daily front office tasks.
• Handle collections and cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Follow safety and security guidelines and report issues.
