Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our Phoenix property. The role involves assisting guests, answering phones, checking guests in and out, and collecting payments in line with company procedures.

You will handle front office paperwork and ensure safety and security standards are followed for guests and associates. Responsibilities include resolving guest issues, processing reservations, and maintaining organized work areas behind the front desk and in common

Qualifications

Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests, associates and outside vendors.
Proficient operation of the property management system technology and ability to audit shift reports.
Understand and comply with safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payment per guidelines.
Process reservations and registrations and ensure accurate front desk paperwork.
Resolve guest issues via Make it Right and maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts.
Maintain a clean, organized front desk, lobby and public areas.
Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations and occupancy.
