InTown Suites in Tuscaloosa, AL seeks a Guest Services Representative to assist guests efficiently at the front desk, handle reservations, and support daily front office operations. You will interact with guests in a courteous, professional manner and collaborate with the General Manager to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, cash handling when needed, staying attentive to safety procedures, and maintaining orderly desk areas.

Qualifications

• Possess valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to read and interpret hotel reports and information.
• Fluent English for guest, staff interaction and admin duties.
• Proficient in front office operations and related etiquette.

Responsabilités

• Check guests in and out in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
• Represent the hotel professionally and assist guests at all times.
• Notify GM of any guest, employee or cash concerns immediately.
• Provide guidance to property staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
