You will welcome guests warmly, assist with room rates, reservations, and provide information about the resort and local attractions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The role emphasizes hospitality, clear communication in English, accurate cash handling, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and provide resort and area information.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and other money handling tasks.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges/credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
