Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, assist with registrations, and manage reservations with care and accuracy.

You will handle cash and card transactions, provide room rate quotes, and guide guests through check-out while maintaining high service standards. The role supports a fast-paced front desk environment, requiring friendly communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services or front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to handle payments accurately.
• Strong communication skills.
• Availability across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and guide them from registration to checkout.
• Provide unit keys and information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and card transactions following procedures and balance receipts.
• Handle check-out procedures and verify charges on guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes and respond to inquiries promptly.
