Responsibilities

• Register guests and assist from check-in to checkout.
• Provide room rate quotes and information about resort and attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures and balance receipts.
• Handle reservations for individuals and groups and issue unit keys.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and resolve issues.
