Job summary
Live Nation Entertainment's US Concerts division is seeking a friendly Guest Service team member to assist guests with information, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive experience at events. You will interact with fans in person and by phone, guiding them to products and services and handling complaints swiftly.
The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and a proactive approach to customer care.
Qualifications
- Having at least 2 years in Customer Service and communications.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty and resolve inquiries.
- Adapt to customer needs and ensure understanding and appropriate action.
- Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for investigation.
- Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
- Confer with customers to provide information, take orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and actions taken.
- Participate in the venue’s sustainability program and educate fans on efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to close the venue after events and manage equipment.
