Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a part-time, seasonal guest services advocate to greet guests, answer questions, and promote venue promotions during events. The role requires evening and weekend availability and involves handling cash, validating tickets, and supporting ancillary operations.

The position emphasizes detail orientation, the ability to work independently within a team, and reliable communication with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years in Guest Service and communications preferred.
• Prior sales or cash handling experience is a plus.
• Familiar with iPhone and iPad technology.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions about the venue.
• Promote and sell promotions/upsells at each event (Fast Lane, Clear Bags, Viewing Decks).
• Assist Ancillary Supervisor with set up and breakdown of signs, tables, tents, etc.
• Examine tickets/passes for authenticity.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions per audit guidelines.
• Balance out at end of shift with supervisor.
• Inventory all physical items before and after the show.
• May fill in with another department during peak times.
• Collaborate with venue staff to close the venue and manage equipment and recyclables.
