Job summary

Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate for an NHG property in Georgia. The role involves welcoming guests, handling check-ins/outs, managing reservations, and supporting daily lobby operations while ensuring safety and privacy of guests.

Responsibilities include coordinating with management on group bookings, addressing guest requests and issues, operating the PMS, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Qualifications

• One year of general office clerical experience demonstrating ability to perform clerical duties satisfactorily.
• One year progressively responsible experience related to the position to be filled.
• Education may substitute for experience: college/university study may substitute for experience on a 1/2 academic year per 6 months of experience basis.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at a NEXCOM NHG property, handle front desk operations and guest requests.
• Process guest check-ins/outs, verify eligibility, assign rooms, issue keys, manage reservations and collect payments.
• Use the PMS to modify, confirm, cancel reservations and maintain guest records and room accounts.
• Assist management with group reservations and coordination of guest services.
• Notify and coordinate maintenance, safety and security, and guest satisfaction issues with staff.
