Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is hiring a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our property. You will assist guests, handle phones, check-ins and check-outs, and process payments in line with company guidelines.

The role requires maintaining front desk areas and ensuring safety and cleanliness across common spaces. You will resolve guest issues through the Make it Right program, upsell reservations, and collect relevant guest information for follow-up and sales

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Must communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and colleagues.
Proficient operation of property management system technology and front desk reports.

Responsibilities

Assist guests, answer phones, check-in and check-out.
Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
Resolve guest issues using Make it Right and maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts.
Maintain front desk areas, breakfast setup, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
