Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or front desk operations preferred.
• Ability to process reservations and payments accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in/out.
• Handle cash, card, and city ledger payments per policy.
• Maintain lobby and front desk area in clean, organized condition.
• Promote ESA brand and provide excellent service to all guests.
