Extended Stay America in Utah is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, handle check-ins/outs, process payments, and manage daily front desk tasks. You will promote ESA services, maintain the lobby, and support breakfast setup while ensuring safety and security compliance.

The role entails friendly guest interactions, using the property management system, and assisting with reservations and room availability.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Proficient operation of the property management system technology.
• Ability to complete routine reports and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payment according to guidelines.
• Process reservations, registrations, and departures following procedures.
• Handle cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts for in-house balances.
• Maintain breakfast display and keep front desk and lobby areas organized.
• Promote ESA value and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Follow safety and security policies and report issues appropriately.
