Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests with check-in/check-out, answer phones, and collect payments in line with company guidelines. You will also handle reservations, maintain a welcoming front desk area, and support breakfast setup and assorted guest services across the lobby and common areas.

The role emphasizes delivering a high level of guest satisfaction, resolving issues through ESA's Make it Right program, and maintaining safety and security

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and team members.
• Proficient operation of property management system technology and shift reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and payments.
• Answer phones and respond to guest requests with follow-through.
• Maintain front desk area and respond to safety and security guidelines.
• Handle reservations and city ledger accounts and collect balances.
• Assist with breakfast area setup and overall property cleanliness.
