Job summary

Extended Stay America seeks a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and process payments at the front desk. You will assist guests, answer phones, and ensure daily paperwork adheres to company guidelines while maintaining safety standards.

This role includes maintaining a clean lobby and promoting ESA offerings to guests. Employees receive weekly pay and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus opportunities for 401(k) and paid

Qualifications

• Proficient in English for guest interactions.
• Able to operate the property management system (PMS) effectively.
• Knowledge of safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to complete routine front desk reports and correspondence.
• Basic math for payments and balance handling.
• Strong judgement and problem-solving when addressing guest issues.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests accurately.
• Answer phones and assist guests promptly.
• Process reservations, payments, and departures according to guidelines.
• Maintain front desk paperwork and cash handling procedures.
• Follow safety and security policies and report issues as required.
• Keep lobby and front desk areas clean, organized and welcoming.
