Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to support guests with check-in/out, phone duties and payment processing. You will maintain front desk operations, assist with breakfast setup, and uphold safety standards while promoting ESA services to guests.

The role emphasizes delivering a superior guest experience, resolving issues, and maintaining orderly public areas in a downtown Phoenix Chandler property. English proficiency and basic math are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English proficiently.
• Proficient operation of the property management system technology.
• Understand and comply with safety rules and operating instructions.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic math with units, fractions and decimals.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in and out, and collect payment per guidelines.
• Complete front office daily paperwork and follow safety procedures.
• Resolve guest issues through ESA's Make it Right process.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts.
• Set up and break down breakfast display timely.
• Keep front desk, lobby and guest areas organized and clean.
• Promote ESA to inquiries and convert to reservations.
• Collect guest information and identify sales leads.
• Conduct periodic property tours to meet brand standards.
• Provide accommodations for guest requests when possible.
