The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, accuracy in daily paperwork, and adherence to brand standards while delivering friendly service and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and staff.
• Proficient operation of the property management system (PMS).
• Follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic math for payments and audits.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and respond to requests with follow-through.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payments per guidelines.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right process while upholding service culture.
• Maintain front desk area, lobby, and common guest spaces clean and organized.
• Promote ESA and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Gather guest information and identify sales opportunities.
