Job summary

The role is part-time, requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $16.00 per hour based on experience, with potential for overnight on-call coverage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service or hospitality experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation and payment systems.
• Proficient in English; Spanish a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a professional, friendly attitude and provide exceptional service.
• Complete check-in/check-out procedures, issue keys, and handle payments.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and occupancy using property systems.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and escalate to the General Manager when needed.
• Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness and restock supplies.
• Prepare housekeeping carts and assist with laundry or prep as needed.
• Monitor property safety and report issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
