Job summary

Extended Stay America in the United States (Tampa area) is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional guest service, handle phone inquiries, and manage check-ins/check-outs. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, adherence to safety and security procedures, and upselling hotel amenities.

The position requires strong English communication, experience with front desk software, and the ability to maintain a tidy, welcoming lobby while supporting housekeeping as needed.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests, associates and outside vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system technology; handle shift reports and audits when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and common areas; assist housekeeping and laundry as needed.
