• Transmit and receive messages using the PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints, escalating when needed.
• Secure valuables in the hotel safe if necessary.
• Support in breakfast area or luggage handling during peak periods.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and assist management as required.
