Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort is seeking a Front Desk professional to process room reservations, registrations, check-ins/check-outs, and guest requests with a friendly, professional demeanor. You will handle payments, prepare deposits, and manage guest accounts while assisting with concierge inquiries and local area information.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• California Responsible Beverage Service Training required upon hire.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Must be age 21 years or older.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Processes reservations, registrations, check-ins/check-outs, requests, changes, and cancellations.
• Offers guest other room options and/or up-sells room when possible.
• Processes all payment types and provides changes.
• Handles monies, receipts, guest accounts and other forms of credit.
• Completes cashier’s report, prepares deposits, and counts cashier bank at end of shift.
