Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Ability to type 35 WPM and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Processes room reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and cancellations.
• Upsells rooms and offers alternative options when possible.
• Handles payments and maintains guest accounts.
• Maintains lobby, front desk area, and organizes work space.
• Answers calls, assists guests, and coordinates transportation.
• Works with team to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
